Flower Cart of Bartow proudly serves the Bartow and surrounding areas and is family owned and operated. The Flower Cart is committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important to us, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift as perfect as possible. As always, all floral arrangements are hand made when ordered and hand delivered, not in a box!

Our normal business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, (with the exception of Saturday, February 11th). Phones are forwarded 24 hours a day, seven days a week if you wish to leave a message regarding a delivery the next business day. 

 

         

Our shop serves Bartow, Highland City, Eagle Lake, Fort Meade (minimum order $39.95), Lakeland (zips 33812 and 33813), as well as Mulberry.  For areas outside the Bartow area, delivery fees will vary.

A delivery fee of $8.00 will be added to each delivery address within the local Bartow area. (For deliveries outside the local Bartow area, this fee will vary. Delivery charges may increase for Monday - February 13th and Tuesday - February 14th deliveries depending on the area). 

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. (With the exception of Valentine's Day).

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (with the exception of February 12th).   

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Information We Collect

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.
